Grease theft is more common than most of us might think. It results in millions of dollars of losses for restaurants each year, plus costly cleanup operations. Many thieves are parts of organized criminal operations involved in myriad other crimes.

D&W is collecting reports of stolen cooking oil in New Jersey and surrounding areas to raise awareness of their frequency and impact. Click one of the pins on the map to learn more about a particular incident.
