Oil Spill Closes NJ Road for 6 Hours

Oil spilled out of a truck in Newark, NJ, causing slick roads that had to be covered in sand to be safe for cars and pedestrians. The road was closed for 6 hours causing delays throughout the area.
It’s unclear if law enforcement ever caught up with the truck that spilled the oil.
